Hi, I'm Mel.
For over a decade I've been coordinating projects, managing production operations, and product initiatives in a range of capacities – facilitating cross-functional collaborations and guiding clients through product design, development, and production as liaison between creators, suppliers, producers, designers, technicians, product owners, sponsors, and leadership.
From my scrappy beginnings in the art and entertainment industries to digital media development, to managing business operations, my true-north has always been to provide the highest possible quality output through optimized productivity by continuously improving workflow efficiencies, streamlining processes, and nurturing relationships all along the way.
